If you have not completed the Program within one year, Candidates will incur a $75 extension fee. When will I receive my Certified Installation Manager (CIM) certification?CIM candidates will receive their Certified Installation Manager (CIM) certification upon successful completion of all modules and related assessment tests with an 80% or better score. I completed the CIM program, how do I get my CIM ID and certificate?After you have passed the module 8 assessment, you will be able to electronically access your CIM certificate from your education profile. FCICA will also be notified about your program completion and will send you a digital copy of your certificate. How do I renew my CIM certification?CIM certifications are valid for a period of (3) three years, during which a total of (30) thirty continuing education credits relating to the flooring industry must be obtained. If you have successfully earned 30 CEUs when the time comes to renew your CIM certification, you will be sent an invoice to pay the $50 renewal fee, and your certification will be renewed for another 3 years. Do I need to submit the CEU form for webinars I watch on FCICA’s webinar platform?No, any live or on-demand webinars you watch on here will be added to your transcript automatically. How do I submit other industry webinars or events for credit towards my CIM renewal?Complete the online CEU Form. We will review your submission; upon approval we will add the information and credit(s) to your transcript.
